• Certified copies of their academic history to date, including high school results, university results and awards;
• Certified copies of their English Language proficiency (eg. IELTS, TOEFL, PTE Academic, CAE or evidence that their medium of instruction has been English);
• Certified copies of ID (e.g. passport)
• For research study, a copy of their research proposal would also be required.
• Skype/phone interview may be conducted by university for offer letter ( Offer letter processing time 1 to 6 weeks)

• All academic documents ( Transcript, Provisional, Character)
• Proficiency certificate ( IELTS, TOEFL, PTE or any required)
• Financial documents( Educational Loan from A class Commercial Bank of Nepal which must cover 1 year fee, 1 years living expenses, Health Insurance, with Travelling cost or Minimum 3 months old bank balance certificate & statement with evidence of Income.)
• Income source with supporting documents
• Valuation of Property with Supporting of documents
• Tax Clearance Certificate
• Citizenship Certificate ( translated in English)
• Confirmation of Enrollment (CoE) from University/ College
• Statement of Purpose (SOP)
• Evidence of cohabitation

(If you are applying with a spouse, evidence of the ‘genuine and continuing’ nature of your relationship with your spouse. For example;
• Marriage certificate
